Reunion 2017 is just around the corner!  We are excited to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Whispering Pines with the AZ Mission Center on June 23rd – 28th.  Whispering Pines is an amazing place that holds many special memories.  Reunion 2017 will be an opportunity for many of us to return to this special place and some will be seeing it for the very first time.  We will all participate in new experiences, develop and deepen relationships with God and each other.  Each one of us will enjoy a part of what Community of Christ has to offer in the beautiful mountains of Prescott, AZ.  We look forward to what the future will bring to Whispering Pines and to the AZ Mission Center.   We are so lucky to have our campground in such a beautiful and unique part of Arizona and are eager to share some of this uniqueness with you.  Reunion looks to be an unforgettable experience with Mountain Biking, Hiking, Kayaking/Canoeing, Golfing, 25+ class topics, children’s program, campfires, games, recreation, dancing, good food, fellowship, out of state guests, worship, talent show, and guest ministry with Scott Murphy and Larry McGuire.  There will truly be something for everybody.  As of the 1st of June, we have 98 people who have registered to be at Reunion.  Please take a few minutes and register online even if you just plan on coming to Whispering Pines for 1 day or the entire time.  We need to get an accurate count for our cooks as well as knowing how many of our cool souvenirs we need to purchase for our participants. Hope to see you there!  Â

It is a wonderful story and we are so proud of him and Karla who has been by his side every step of the way from the time he was in a coma to know.   May God bless her and Todd for their very hard work.
