Worship committee needs your help! In making plans for the next year, the worship committee would appreciate your feedback by completing the survey at this link: http://goo.gl/forms/UB0ox2zylD. Your info is secure and will be sent directly to Heather Featherstone once you click the “Submit” button. If you are not comfortable sharing online, there will be paper surveys available on Sunday. Please do not print the survey from the website as it will take too much paper – wait for the paper version. On behalf of the Worship Committee, thank you for your input.

Planners/Presiders: Please send copies of your worship services to Eldora Engebretson (elnjoeng@cox.net) , Heather (heather.featherstone1972@gmail.com), and the person scheduled to do your PowerPoint (check the schedule) as soon as possible. This is especially important if you are doing new hymns that are not as familiar to the congregation.

Do you want communion brought to your home? If yes, please contact Genie Perigo to make arrangements for that to happen – see directory for contact info.

Don’t forget to submit a Photo Release Form – the forms can be found here. You don’t have to do a separate form for each member of the family – one per family is fine as long as names are legible and on the form. Don’t have time to print or unable to print – that’s ok, these forms are on the bulletin board in the Fellowship Hall.

Do you participate in any outside of church organizations that have an “outreach” arm? If so, we would like to know. We are called to live as Christ lived, and what better way to do that than share the things you do outside of church with others. Maybe you spin wool and knit or crochet blankets for the homeless? Do you volunteer at a local food bank or soup kitchen? Do you collect and donate stuffed animals to the Children’s Hospital? Are you an advocate for people who can’t speak for themselves due to illness or disease? What are you doing to show Christ in yourself for others? Let us know – drop a note, send an email, or put your name and organization on the list in the Fellowship Hall. Send email to thunderbirdwest.cofchrist@gmail.com or give a note to Heather Featherstone. If your organization has a website, please include that info as well.

Arizona Mission Center is seeking an Administrative Assistant. The job requires on average 5-10 hours a week. You are mainly in charge of mission center communications, working with the mission center president and serving as registrar for camps and mission center events. Please send a letter of interest and a concise resume to John VanDerWalker, Arizona MCP at jvanderwalker@cofchrist.org
