Friday, February 26, 2016, 11:00 – 1:00 – Visitation for Leah Krueger at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, located at 7924 North 59th Ave, Glendale.  The memorial service will be held at 2:00pm at the church.

Planners/Presiders: Please send copies of your worship services to Eldora Engebretson (elnjoeng@cox.net) , Heather (heather.featherstone1972@gmail.com), and the person scheduled to do your PowerPoint (check the schedule) as soon as possible. This is especially important if you are doing new hymns that are not as familiar to the congregation.

Do you want communion brought to your home? If yes, please contact Genie Perigo to make arrangements for that to happen – see directory for contact info.
3rd Wednesdays, 6:30pm @ church – Like to sing? Like to fellowship with others while singing? Like to listen to singers and hum along? Then join Amy Ragland and Marsha Ashlock on the third Wednesdays of the month. Bring a friend, song ideas, and a love of fellowship.

1st & 3rd Saturdays, 2:30 pm, Eldora and Lucille’s Home: Games and fellowship

2nd & 4th Sundays, 3:30 pm, Eldora and Lucille’s Home: Movies and fellowship. The first movie will be “Pollyanna” with discussion to follow. (No 4th Sunday this month – go to Heather’s recital instead)

Sunday, February 28 – “Live, Love, Share: Visibly One in Christ” officially begins. The cost for the book is $18 (due to expensive shipping costs). If you are a delegate to World Conference, this is a required study prior to attending conference. The instructor has not yet been determined. Tom Bradish’s class will continue.

All of February – “Souper Bowl for Caring”, we will be taking a special collection for the Valley View Community Food Bank. Donations of non-perishable food and money are greatly accepted through the end of the month. Please make any checks out to “V V C F B” (Valley View Community Food Bank).
