Jared has been called out of town. He will be back by May 20th.
Our Apostle, Ron Harmon is scheduled to be here at TBW Sunday, June 10th. If any of you have questions or comments regarding church affairs you would like to hear addressed during the 10:30 am service, you will need to give it to Jared by Sunday, May 27th. (signed or unsigned, your choice) This will give Brother Harmon a couple of weeks to think about each response.
There will be no scheduled classes for adults during the summer months of June, July & August. Instead, during the traditional church school hour, the Christian Ed & Fellowship committees are planning this to be a time for fellowship and socialization. They are calling it “The TBW Summer 45-minute Coffee & Juice Hour”.
Amy & Mary Ragland doing the service on Father’s Day and in preparation would like to gather from the congregation some thoughts about our fathers. We recognize that not everyone has a father in their lives so we leave the interpretation of father open – it may include mothers, grandparents, aunts and uncles, or someone else who has played the role of parent in your life. Please click this link (https://tinyurl.com/TBW-FatherSurvey) to download the survey.
Sunday, May 13 to the end of May – Lois Nelson and Donna Hill will be offering a multi-generational Sunday School Class teaching how to crochet a prayer blanket. Bring a size K crochet hook and some yarn (Lois will have a little yarn if you don’t have any).
Saturday, May 19, 2018 – Adventure Crew is going to “Feed My Starving Children” to help fill food boxes. There are many spots to fill and is open to anyone from the Mission Center. Contact Kevin Harper (firstname.lastname@example.org or 480-399-5345) for more information.
