Larry McGuire, MC President has invited you to “pause what you are doing and spend intentional time in prayer with sisters and brothers around our mission center…Some may choose to do this as family units, others will do it along. Regardless, we will be prayer together.†Pray for the needs of your local congregation, the mission center and the world church.
Every Wednesday – Centering Prayer at TBW 7PM to 8PM.
Kaleah and Allison are in need of people to write letters to members of the military for their Christmas boxes. See Allison or Kaleah for postcards. They need a bunch of letters, so consider writing more than one.

Saturday, December 9, 2017, 1:00-5:00pm – CCY (Community of Christ Youth) are providing Christmas Shopping Babysitting services at TBW and Phoenix Central. Donations accepted (suggested donation of $7/hour) as a SPEC Fundraiser.
Sunday, December 17, 2017 – 1:00 pm at church – Adventure crew will present their Christmas play. Go for lunch and come back for an afternoon of entertainment by our youth.
Saturday, December 30, 1:00 pm – Monday January 1, 11:00 am at Whispering Pines Campground – Yuletide Retreat for youth currently in 7th-12th grade. Cost is $60 for the weekend. Contact director Luke Mays at mays.luke.m@gmail.com or 480-280-0178 for more information.
