We are in desperate need a planner and speaker for May 7 (Communion Sunday)

Blessing bags supplies are in need. Please see the bulletin board for items that are needed for the next round of bags. Find something you want to get? Take the tag, purchase it, and bring it to church and drop in the big green bucket under the bulletin board. Don’t have time or desire to shop? You can give Heather the money and what you want to get, and she’ll do the shopping for you.
April 21-23 @ Whispering Pines – Mission Center Retreat. “Safety, Survival, and Spirituality in 2017 and Beyond” Plan to attend. There will be time for you to get back to the valley for the Youth Worker Training. Contact the Mission Center for more info.
Sunday, April 23, 2:00- 3:30 pm @ TBW – Child Youth Worker Training Boundaries Class. Any person that might be working with Children/Youth must take this class. This class will be followed by the Child/Youth Worker Core Training from 3:30-5:00pm – All priesthood members and anyone working with Children and Youth are required to have this class. If you are unsure if you have taken these classes please check with any of the pastorate to see which class(es) you might need.
Saturday, April 29, Time: 1:00 pm at Eldora and Lucille’s home. Congregational Picnic – hamburgers (veggie too) and hot dogs will be provided. Bring a smile and a dish to share!
Saturday, May 6, 2017, 10am-4:30 pm@ TBW – Priesthood and Discipleship Formation Day Theme: Cultivating the Soil. Guest Ministry: Apostle Ron Harmon and Field Support Minister Bill McFarlin. Plan on spending the day with fellow disciples as we explore what it means to cultivate the soil for mission in today’s context. We will share together in worship, learning, and fellowship as a way to grow in our discipleship. Join us for the day.
